Hubbard R. Garber has more than 25 years of experience in the mutual fund and investment management industries. Mr. Garber’s background encompasses both the marketing and operational aspects of these sectors, as well as extensive investment banking experience. His consulting engagements have included projects ranging from creating business and strategic plans for new product development, marketing programs, selection of vendors and systems as well as middle and back office operations analysis. Mr. Garber’s investment banking work includes both buy-side and sell-side relationships; he has been involved in the mergers and acquisitions of investment advisors, mutual fund and hedge fund back office operations groups, software companies and mutual fund groups.

Prior to starting Barrington Partners in 1995, Mr. Garber worked for two custodial banks: IFTC in Kansas City, and Investors Bank in Boston. He also worked for IDS-American Express (now American Express Financial Advisors).

Mr. Garber is a graduate of Beloit College, and holds both CFA and CFP designations, as well as Series 79 and Series 63 FINRA licenses.
